Chocolate Painting: Replica of an Artpiece

An example of a centrepiece created for a special birthday, we worked from a treasured Kelly Higgs watercolour painting, and created a 3D chocolate artwork.  Made with the Finest Belgian Chocolate.  40c, x 40cm x 1-2cm high, weighing approximately 2kg, it was used as a shared dessert for the birthday party.
