Chocolate Showpiece: Hotel Event Sculpture

An example of a showpiece created for an indulgent chocolate dessert buffet, filled with chocolate nesting material, cocoa pods and themed to fit the colour of the room.  Made with the Finest Belgian Chocolate.  Approximately 80cm high, weighing approximately 8kg, created with corporate colours in mind and to withstand being placed at the centre of a dessert buffet for the course of a five-day event.
