Chocolate Showpiece Based on a Corporate Logo

An example of a showpiece created to celebrate a corporate logo.  Made with the Finest Belgian Chocolate.  Approximately 45cm high, weighing approximately 7kg, created with corporate colours in mind and to withstand being placed at the centre of a dessert buffet for the course of a five-day event.
