An example of a showpiece created as an indulgent caketopper.  Made with the Finest Belgian Chocolate.  Approximately 40cm high, weighing approximately 2kg, created to be a chocolate replica of a treasured item, made from solid milk chocolate and decorated with azo-free food colouring.
